Pre-Departure Needs Assessment
- Questionnaire and client interview to establish client’s parameters and budget
- Contractual agreement on the package and service options to be provided
- Detailed consultation with the person(s) being relocated to:-
- a) Advise of APR’s role, services and agreed client package
- b) Establish personal contact and assess their individual needs/issues
- c) Establish if they require additional services (not included in the agreed client package)
- d) Provide written confirmation of the agreed client package and additional service options to be provided
Book Airline Tickets (complimentary)
- Book airline tickets in accordance with the client’s budget or the migrant’s personal budget
Complimentary Airport Pickup and Transfer
- Arrange airport pickup and transfer to accommodation
Book Accommodation
- Book accommodation to meet the individual needs and requirements of the person(s) relocating within the budget allocated
Orientation
- Guided tour of local area showing location of banks, schools, health care, shopping centres and entertainment.
Education & School Search Assistance
- Assess educational/schooling requirement for each family member from childcare, primary, high school or tertiary education
- Research suitable schools based on the family’s requirements (public/private, religious or co-ed)
- Assistance with enrolment
- Other special requirements/requests (e.g. English Language courses)
Home Rental/Purchase Search Assistance
- Discuss the migrant’s housing requirements prior to arrival
- Provide a guide on real estate suburbs and pricing
- Latest property magazines where applicable
- Assistance in finding suitable homes for inspection
- Accompanied property inspection
- Register information with various real estate agents, provide contact details of agents
- Assist with the process of securing the lease/purchase
- Provide contact information for relevant services in relation to the lease or purchase of a property (e.g. lawyer, conveyance expert, mortgage broker)
- Manage or assist with utilities connections (e.g. electricity, gas, water and telephone)

- Information about the company

Complimentary Removals Management
- Manage all aspects of removal with partner or client’s preferred removal specialist to ensure the move is a smooth one. Services offered by the removalist can include;-
- Packing assistance
- Removal of furniture & household effects

- Delivery to final destination

Visa Application Management
- Handle the relationship between the person(s) migrating and the immigration agent
- Follow up progress of applications with relevant parties until visa is issued
